Up to 28, two vans travel together. Above that we arrange the 56-seat executive coach. Either way the organiser deals with one person.
How far ahead should we book?
Two weeks is comfortable; for holidays and spring break, a month. A deposit holds the vans and the balance is due before the first trip.
