Is there a cleaning or damage policy?
Normal use is expected; excessive mess or damage is charged at cost. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any vehicle.
Can we split the cost?
One person books and pays; share the confirmation link with the group. A 50% deposit holds the van and the balance is due before pickup.
