Orlando International Airport (MCO) sits about 20 miles from the Walt Disney World resorts. With normal traffic the drive takes 25 to 30 minutes; on a Friday afternoon or during a park closing it can stretch to 40.
Your options at the airport
Rideshare pickups happen at the parking garage, one level up from baggage claim, and a family with four suitcases and a stroller will not fit in a standard sedan. Shared shuttles are cheaper but stop at several resorts before yours. A private transfer is the only option where the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, at baggage claim, with a name sign.
What it costs
Our published rate from MCO to any Disney resort is fixed per vehicle, not per person: one price for a family of six in an SUV, one price for a group of fourteen in the executive van. Child seats, flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting time on arrivals are included. Night pickups and holidays carry a small surcharge that is shown before you book.
Three things that make the arrival smoother
Book with your flight number so the pickup adjusts automatically if the flight is late. Tell us the ages of the children so the right seats are installed before you land. And make a grocery stop on the way if you are staying in a villa: 20 minutes at a Publix near the resort saves a trip later.
